Obtaining the LL.M. diploma and diploma supplement

Overview

LL.M. study program graduates obtain diploma conferred by the Akademia Jagiellońska w Toruniu, Faculty of Administration and Economic Studies in Uherske Hradiste with reference to relevant field of study. Graduate is entitled to use professional qualification “Master of Laws” (LL.M.). Together with the Diploma, Diploma supplement will be conferred, which recognizes field of study of the LL.M. study program, Thesis title and name of the supervisor.

Master of Laws (LL.M.) is international managerial study program, which is not included into tertiary education system of individual countries. We provide our LL.M. study program with respect to the status of a foreign tertiary education institution subsidiary and is internationally acknowledged.

Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree is accredited by the American Association of Higher Education Accreditation.

Graduation conditions

Successful graduation from the program is contingent upon meeting specific conditions. These conditions are interconnected with the preparation and presentation of an LL.M. Thesis.

LL.M. Thesis

As a student, you have the opportunity to prepare your LL.M. Thesis under the guidance and support of a designated supervisor. The supervisor will provide assistance throughout the Thesis preparation process, ensuring that you receive the necessary guidance to develop a comprehensive and well-researched document. The Faculty will carefully assign a supervisor with expertise and knowledge in the specific area of your chosen topic.
The Thesis defense is conducted through the study section. To successfully defend the Thesis, student must receive two positive evaluations from the lecturers at FVES. Students are required to upload the final Thesis in PDF format into the study system.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Personal Data Protection Regulation), the Student gives his/her consent to the Partner and the Faculty of Administration and Economic Studies in Uherské Hradiště of Academia Jagiellońska in Toruń (hereinafter referred to as “Fakulta”) with the processing of his/her personal data specified in the Agreement on the Conditions of Completion of the Educational Program, i.e. including, but not limited to their storage on data carriers, modification, retrieval, sorting, combining and destruction, for an indefinite period, i.e. until the withdrawal of the consent.

Personal data are processed by the Faculty transparently, fairly and reasonably exclusively for the purpose of recording students at the Faculty, the proper performance of educational activities provided by the Faculty, monitoring the proper performance of student obligations and fulfilling the legal obligations of the Faculty.

The Faculty stores and processes the obtained personal data of students securely and has taken precautions to protect personal data against its loss, misuse or unauthorized changes. Faculty staff have been adequately trained and their obligations regarding the personal data of students continue even after the termination of employment or other termination of cooperation.

Students have the right to access the personal data maintained about them. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, students have the right to its rectification, the right to request an explanation and, if necessary, the removal of any defective condition.

Students have the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data free of charge at any time or to request the erasure of such data. All questions regarding personal data can be sent by a Student to the email address: student@elysion.ae
